This is bit delayed post,yet an interesting one.
This time I happened to be in delhi for the Holi and was hunting as what sweet to taste.
To my surprise I came to know that gujia is very famous and many flavours like chocolate dip ,and dry fruits stuffed is there.
I tasted simple gujia on holi and liked it very much.
In tamilnadu ,it is called karachika and the stuff inside is different .
About gujia:
1.This is a north indian sweet.
2.This sweet is made with sooji or maida and stuff would be grated coconut or dry fruits etc.
