Take a tea coster of 4*4 " and colour it using white colour acrylic colours and then dap some acrylic new range of colours using sponge and take some design tissue paper and cut out designs and stick using.modge podge glue and let it dry.after that apply the midge podge gloss over it using flat brush and dry.apply some four coating so that it stays for longer time.
