Take some old newspaper and soak it in water and grind it.
Then take any container ,have upside down and apply some oil on it and mix the mixture with fevicol and apply on the container (of your choice).
After few hours slowly take,since we have applied oil,it is easy to take and dry it.
Sun dry it for 2-3 days,then paint it .

Suggestion:Few would have tried different methods and techniques in adding the glue or fevicol for preparing the cups, but I tried this way and result was good.
