I always love to taste dhokla and I wanted to give a try to prepare this dhokla.
I happened to see :Indian khana website and learned to prepare dhokla.
1.In a bowl I mixed besan ,1 tbsp sooji,1/4 tsp of cooking soda,salt ,and 1 cup curd and made into smooth paste.
2.Then added some lemon juice,and made into pouring consistency and made the batter without any lumps and add eno also.
3.Prepared the steamer and greased the bowl with oil and poured the mixture into the container.
4.Steam for 15-20 minutes and do not put the whistle on cooker lid ,and check by using knife whether it is cooked.
5.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and serve
