Khandvi

Recently I have been to mumbai  and there are lot of gujarati dishes to taste .
For example
1.Pathra-with colacasia leaves
2.Khandvi-using besan
3.Dhokla
4.Srikand-sweet yoghurt
5.Tepla
6.Chundha-raw mango preparation with chilli powder  and sugar

And few recipes can be tried and few can be tasted which is really good.
Among this I tried this khandvi ,to some extent I got this out well.

1.First take 1 cup of besan and add curd and water and mix it well,add lime  juice,salt,chilli paste and then keep aside.

2.Then in a pan add oil and pour this batter and cook well without lumps and then when it is cooked switch off.

3.Take a plate and apply oil on the reverse side and then apply the mixture on the reverse side and then leave it for sometime,cut with knife and roll it.

4.Then temper with coconut grated and mustard seeds and coriander.

Rolling should be good and proper,I got out well to some extent.
