Aloo tikki is very famous in north India and I happened to see one programme in television and came with the idea of adding palak so that it gave the green colour.
1.Boiled aloo(Mash it)
2.Palak boil and grind into smooth paste
3.Chopped onions and chilli
4.Salt
5.Chilli powder
1.In a bowl add the mashed potatoes, palak puree, chopped onions and chilli, salt and chilli powder.
mix well
2.Then make small tikkis and then dust on maida or corn flour and in dosa tawa add some oil and let both sides turn brown so that it gets cooked well
3.Serve with ketchup.
