Green gram we prepare sprouts and it is very heathy .
Like that one can prepare pesarat,that is dosa from green gram paste.
Here I have shared the dal recipe.
1.Soak the green gram overnight .
2.Then boil it in cooker and keep aside.
3.In a pan add some oil and add some cloves,jeera and chopped onions and tomato.saute for sometime.
4.Then add the tomato,onion and ginger garlic puree to it.
5.Add salt,garam masala,little turmeric and chilli powder.
6.Finally add the boiled green gram to it.It gives thick consistency and garnish with coriander leaves.
7.Serve with rotis.
