This is one easy sambar and tastes good. It is very healthy and tasty also.
Ingredients:
1.Methi leaves
2.Imli water(tamarind water)
3.Chilli powder
4.salt
5.chopped onions and tomato
6.boiled toor dal -1 cup
1.In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds and then chopped onions and tomato and washed methi leaves.
2.Saute it and then add chilli powder(I added home made sambar powder).
3.Then little salt and imli water ,let it boil for sometime.
4.Then add the boiled toor dal(mash it and add),it gives thick consistency.
5.Tasty methi sambar is ready.
