I recently attended one workshop and learned this ,dokra bottle opener ,buy an opener and on mount board draw a picture and stick on.one.side and using fevicryl mould it apply on other side and do some work and let it dry.on other side apply mould it .then apply fevicryl pearl metallic copper with tinge of black to give the antique look.
