cook at ease- paneer bhurji

Long time I wanted to give a try to this dish and did it.
Usually we use paneer cubes in gravies and other dishes we cook.
This is very simple and can be prepared in few minutes and good for those who carries lunch.

1.Grate the paneer and keep aside.
2.Chopped onions and tomatoes,green chillies.
3.Powders-coriander,chilli powder or sabji masala-I used this and the taste is so very good.we get in good brands too.
4.Salt to tast
5.Coriander leaves for garnishing.

1.Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and then add chopped onions,tomato.
2.Then add the masala powders,grated paneer and cook for some time .salt according to taste.
3.Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
