All ingredients kuzhambu-granny recipe

Recently I have been to aunts place and she  prepared this kuzhambu and said your granny taught me,so I asked and prepared at home.Came out well.

Ingredients
1.Black pepper
2.Jeera
3.Red chilli
4.Chana dal
5.Toor dal
6.urad dal
7.Fenugreek

1.Soak the imli in water for sometime and take the essence.
2.Then measure 2-3 tablespoon of all ingredients jeera,chilli,chana dal,toor dal,urad dal and little fenugreek for aroma and black pepper according to taste.
3.Then in pan pour imli water add salt,dry roast the ingredients and powder it and add the powder and let it be for some time and then add little grated jaggery and it will give thick consistency and then swith it off.
4.Temper with  curry leaves
5.serve with hot rice and it is good during winters.
6.It can be stored for 2-3 days and dont get spoiled.
