Pasalai keerai pachadi

Pasalai keerai also called as indian spinach.Happened to buy this and usually we prepare onion,cucumber pachadi.

so tried with this recipe and came out well and tasty.
1.Wash the leaves and just saute in low flame.
2.Then grind it and again saute it in pan using low flame,so that the raw smell will go.
3.Then add fresh curd and temper with mustard seeds,curry leaves and add salt and serve.
