Pav bhaji

Pav bhaji is a maharashtrian fast food,since my mom hails from north and we have liking for all the dishes.
Pav means bread and bhaji means vegetables.

Pav bhaji has to be served with toasted pav with thick based potato curry.

1.Get pav from shop and keep it
For bhaji
1.Boiled and mashed potatoes-3-6
2.Cauliflower,carrot,capsicum-cut into small pieces (boiled and mashed)
3.Peas-boiled
4.Chopped onion and tomatoes
5.garlic,ginger,chillies
6.cloves-3-4
7.pav bhaji masala
8.garam masala
9.black salt if needed
10.lemon and coriander for garnishing
11.butter
Preparation:
1.Boil the potatoes and keep it aside and then boil the above mentioned vegetables (2) and keep it.
2.Grind green chillies,ginger,2 small piece garlic,2 cloves with little onion and tomatoes.
3.Then add some butter in pan and add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute and then add the paste.
4.cook for sometime and add some salt,pav bhaji masala,chilli powder,garam masala according to taste.
5.Add the mashed potatoes,vegetables and add little water and cook.
6.Finally add boiled peas and cook,peas should be visible ,so it gives rich look to dish.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and toast pav with butter and serve with bhaji.
