Normally we prepare sweets for all festival and this we prepared for janmashtami.
Preparation:
1.Knead the maida dough and keep it aside.(mixit with water,salt and oil)
For pooran or stuff
1.Dry roast chutney dal,little khasa khasa and coconut ,and little elaichi grind it into powder.
2.Add powdered sugar and make the pooran.
3.Make small rounds of maida dough and flatten it using rolling pin(do it as a layer)
4.Then stuff the pooran in it and then fold it and paste it with little water.(The pooran should not come out from the somasi)
5.Fry it in oil and then serve it.
