Mysore rasam which rarely we prepare at home ,but it can be prepared on sunday's, where we can relish it.
Ingredients:
1.Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
2.red chillies-according to taste.
3.Pepper-5-6
4.jeera-1/2 tsp
5.cloves can be added-1 no
6.grated coconut-2 tablespoon
7.sugar-for taste
Dry roast all the ingredients except sugar and powder it.
Boil the tomato and take the essence from it and then take the imli water and add salt,sambar powder,turmeric powder.
Let it boil for sometime and add the powder or paste and finally add the boiled toor dhal to it.
Add little sugar for taste.
Temper it with curry leaves.
