One of my friend gave amlas from thier garden and I dont know what to do with one full bag.
so tried this easy recipe of pickle which my mother in law taught me.
1.Boil the amla's in pressure cooker,1 or 2 whistle is enough..
2.Then remove the seeds from it .
3.This is without oil.
4.Then add salt and I used kashmiri chilli powder which gave nice colour to it.
5.Mix it well and keep in sunlight for a week,then store it in container.
6.This wont get spoiled easily.
