Parrupu podi

In my place winter has started and in the night with hot rice we feel like eating parupu podi with ghee which is a nice combo.

Preparation of parupu podi.

1.2 cups of toor dal.
2.3-4 dried red chillies
3.Black pepper and cumin(jeera) for taste.

1.Dry roast all the ingredients and let it cool for sometime.
2.Then grind it along with salt.
3.Have with hot rice and ghee ,which tastes good.
