Kothamalli thokku is very famous and this one my mother in law taught as how to prepare it.
1.Ingredients:
1.Dry roast 5-6 red chillies,hing ,fenugreek seeds-little
2.Wash and chop the coriander leaves.
3.Lemon size tamarind
4.Salt to taste
1.In a mixer add the dry roast ingredients,chopped coriander leaves,tamarind,salt and grind it well
2.Do not add water
3.Then In a pan add gingelly oil (used for pickles),then add mustard seeds and add this paste
4.Mix well until the oil is absorbed.
5.Store in airtight container,even for travel it can be taken.
