Thattai -evening snack

Thattai we generally prepare at home for krishna jayanthi and also can be prepared during weekends for kids.

Preparation:
1.1 cup rice flour
2.1 tablespoon of urad dal powder
3.Butter
4.salt
5.hing powder or water
6.Soaked chana dal or ground nuts as per taste
7.chilli powder
8.Grated coconut
9.Refined oil for frying
 

1.I bought ready made rice flour ,so just dry roast in pan and add urad dal flour,then little salt,chilli powder,butter,chana dal or ground nuts,grated coconut,hing powder and mix well by adding some water.

2.Then make small rounds and then flatten it using hands or presser.

3.Then in pan heat oil and fry the thattai in it.

4.Crispy thattai is ready.
