This is very easy dish and the name sounds little tricky but recipe is easy.My mom taught me this recipe and she is fond of doing kerala dishes.
Ingredients:
1.Red pumpkin
2.White pumpkin
3.Grated coconut
4.Fenugreek seeds
5.Red chillies
1.Peel the skin and chop the pumpkins and add water,salt ,little turmeric,sambar powder and boil it.
2.Then roast the coconut,methi seeds,red chillies and keep aside.
3.Add the paste to the above boiled vegetables and cook for sometime.
4.Then using coconut oil temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
5.This can be served with hot rice and papad.
