Vegetable samosa

Samosa most of us like to have in the evening as snack. Samosa preparation is very easy to prepare.

For outer layer:
1.Maida and sooji ,mix with little water and salt and make as dough and keep it aside. sooji should be little ,to give crispiness.

For the stuffings:
1.Chopped onions,tomatoes,peas,beet ,carrot and in a pan add oil,saute these vegetables ,add salt,chilli powder and then garnish with coriander and make the stuffings.

Preparation of samosas:
1.Make small balls of the dough and then make it flat and cut into two equal halves,comes like semicircle.
2.Then do samosa folding and stuff the vegetables inside and close it well.
3.Then fry it in oil,comes tasty and crispy.
4.For layers,make one on top of another like that three chapathis and then roll and cut,Then make it round and then do fillings.
for layers make 2-3 chapathi like and stack it and roll and cut this,then prepare
