Stuffed jalapeno

Tried out stuffed jalapeño.wash it and dry it and make a slot on middle and then stuff the boiled potatoes by adding salt ,coriander leaves and then in a pan add oil and splutter some mustard seeds and then add the stuffed jalapeno to it and cover it and cook it.
Once cooked serve hot.
